$550K++ OVERNIGHT RADIOLOGIST, ONE WEEK in THREE, ONSITE/REMOTE, RESIDENT SUPPORTED

The University of Rochester offers an exceptional opportunity for an ABR certified/eligible overnight Emergency Radiologist.
- 9 hour overnight shift to 7 or 8 AM
- Onsite or remote, full or part time
- Acute radiology including stroke and trauma. No procedures. No OB US
- One week on, two weeks off (full time).
- NYS License. Your state License if remote.
- H1-B sponsorship, J1 Visa Waiver considered
- Graduating residents considered for on-site position
Benefits:
- 2025-26 Base salary $530K-$570K
- Additional group and individual incentives – estimate an additional $50K

Alternate Schedules
- 50% part time ED radiology (1 week on, 5 off)
- 50% ED radiology (1 week in 6) with 1-3 weeks working in another division (ie: Neuro, Body or MSK)
- Part time compensation pro-rated proportionately
- Part time >=50% receive full health benefits
Practice Support:
- 24/7 Internal Communication desk to place and receive provider calls
- Resident first call for technologist questions and protocols
- 24/7 IT support
- Suite of AI integrated tools, AIDOC
- Subspecialty Radiologists available day and evening for consultation
- Candidates transitioning from more specialized practices are supported.
Our overnight team is two attendings. The team overlaps with additional emergency faculty during the early, busiest parts of the nights. We supervise two advanced residents as well as read independently. We cover acute imaging for our University and Community network. Our present practice environment is EPIC/Sectra/Powerscribe. Overflow volume rolls over to the morning teams. Resident and communication center support minimize interruptions. Our expectation is to read within our skill sets, teach our residents, and end shifts on time.

Research is optional. The career needs of remote faculty are further supported by dual appointment to our Remote Division as well as to the Emergency Radiology Division.
