About Interventional (at Diversified) Radiology of Colorado

Diversified Radiology is a thriving and growing 65+ member group, founded in 1927. Our practice is dedicated to providing quality, sub-specialized care, and expertise predominantly in the Denver metro area. Our practice is truly 'diversified' given our relationship with many different hospital systems and numerous outpatient imaging centers and covering tertiary care centers, and smaller community. Our interventional case mix and complexity rivals that of teaching hospitals but in a relaxed practice setting that values life/work balance.

Position Summary

This is a partnership track position that requires expertise in providing all manner of liver and kidney transplant interventions at a busy Denver transplant center in addition to the usual manner of VIR cases at a typical 500+ bed hospital.  The successful candidate will enjoy consulting on patients for TIPS, Y90 SIRT, TACE, tumor ablation, PV thrombosis, PTC, etc. The position will also include providing interventional services to a very busy stem cell transplant service. The IR at this location is assisted by an excellent Diversified Radiology physician assistant (PA) who rounds and performs the bulk of catheter/port placements and paracentesis/thoracentesis procedures for the service.

Because we staff our partner hospitals with 24/7 sub-specialty coverage internal to Diversified, our quality remains exemplary both during daytime and after hours.
